the score you may not noticed as its played under a visual, just like this scene the score has been played throughout the whole scene and you may not have noticed. the score is used to set a mood and create a feeling for the scene.
dialogue or ADR is where you sync dialogue (a spoken part of the film) over the top of a clip therefor a voice over, this has been used where the man on the horse is riding up and down the crowd shouting.
sound design and foley have been used the most throughout the scene, single or few trots of the horses have been used by Foley, along with the metal sound of armer when moving, also Foley has been used when the arrows are shot into the sky but also when the arrow hit the target. sound design brings an item or character to life with sound, therefor the sound of the dragon flying and its roar would have been made by sound design and last but not least the horns being blown through are used by sound design also.
ambiance/ atmosphere this is the sound of a natural environment, this means no sound effects are used for example, in this scene it would be the sound of wind and horses naying and also the crowd talking between themselves that creates the atmosphere.
wild track are using recorded sound made whilst filming, without having to use a sound over. Therefor in this scene it contains quiet a bit for example the crowd cheering, its like when your watching the football on the telly the crowd is a natural sound because they don't use effects for the football. when all the horses are charging together it would benefit you to use the natural sound of them as it would sound amazing and you wouldn't need to Foley it.
